1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or any Aura service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility — Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website, join the Aura waitlist, or use any Aura services. By accessing this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Aura does not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18. If we learn that information has been collected from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you are aware of any such collection, contact us at privacy@auraconnect.io.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or Aura services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, obscene, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior.
• Solicit, facilitate, or engage in commercial sexual transactions of any kind. Aura is not a platform for commercial sex work.
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without consent.
• Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or data-mining tool to access or extract data from Aura.
• Upload, share, or distribute content depicting minors in any context.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform.

4. Community Standards

Aura is a platform for adult lifestyle enthusiasts who value discretion, consent, and mutual respect. Use of Aura services requires adherence to community standards including:

• Explicit communication of boundaries and preferences before engagement.
• Respect for all relationship structures and identities represented on the platform.
• No unsolicited explicit messages or media.
• No harassment of any kind.
• No use of the platform for commercial solicitation.

Community standards violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination at Aura's sole discretion.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Aura (photos, text, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Aura Digital, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering it to the audience you specify through your privacy settings.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. Aura reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our Community Standards, or applicable law.

Aura provides tools to help protect your privacy, but no platform can guarantee complete safety. You are responsible for the content you choose to share and the access levels you grant.

6. Content Moderation and Removal (DMCA)

Aura respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Aura infringes your copyright, submit a notice to our designated agent at legal@auraconnect.io including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Aura may remove or disable access to content that is reported as infringing, violates these Terms, or violates applicable law. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Aura offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Recurring billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment processing: Web payments are processed by Segpay, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. Mobile payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. Your payment information is handled directly by the respective payment processor and is never stored on Aura's servers.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@auraconnect.io within 7 days of a charge for billing disputes.

The terms and privacy policies of your payment processor (Segpay for web, Apple/Google via RevenueCat for mobile) govern the processing of your payment information. Aura is not responsible for any payment processor's handling of your payment data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aura Digital, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Aura" and the Aura ribbon mark are trademarks of Aura Digital, LLC.

9. Waitlist

Joining the Aura waitlist does not create a binding contract, guarantee access to Aura services, or establish an ongoing relationship. Waitlist submissions are collected for the purpose of communicating updates about platform availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

10. Account Termination

Aura reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use Aura services ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all associated services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aura Digital, LLC does not warrant that this website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Aura does not guarantee the identity, conduct, or suitability of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Aura does not conduct criminal background checks on its users.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aura Digital, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or Aura services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall Aura Digital, LLC's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Aura in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura Digital, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Aura services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pennsylvania.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Digital, LLC regarding your use of this website and Aura services, and supersede all prior agreements.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
