Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026 · Aura Digital LLC — Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Effective: August 17, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Platform: auraconnect.io
1. What Aura Sells
Aura is a subscription service. The only product is a recurring subscription to the platform's paid tier, billed in advance on a recurring cycle. There are no one-time purchases, no tokens or credits, no pay-per-view content, and no user-to-user transactions of any kind. This policy therefore governs subscription charges only, because no other charge type exists.
Web subscriptions are billed by Segpay, Aura's payment processor, whose name appears on the member's card statement alongside Aura's identifier. Mobile subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google and are governed by Google Play's refund process in addition to this policy.
2. Cancellation
A member may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not interrupt the current billing period. Upon cancellation:
- The subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
- No further charges are made.
- At period end, the account reverts to the free tier. The account, its profiles, and its content are not deleted by cancellation.
Cancellation routes:
- In the app, from Subscription management.
- By email to support@auraconnect.io from the email address on the account. Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days and are effective as of the date the request was received.
- Through Segpay directly, at segpay.com/consumer-support , by phone at +1 (866) 450-4000, or by email to help@segpay.com. Segpay processes consumer cancellations without requiring Aura's involvement.
Aura does not impose cancellation fees, retention offers that delay cancellation, or any additional steps beyond identifying the account.
3. Refunds
Renewal charges. A renewal charge disputed within 7 days of the charge date, where the member has not used the paid tier during the new period, is refunded in full on request. "Use" means accessing any paid-tier capability after the renewal date.
First-time charges. A first subscription charge is refundable in full on request within 7 days of purchase if the member has not accessed paid-tier capabilities after purchase.
Duplicate and erroneous charges. Charges resulting from billing error — duplicate billing, charges after a processed cancellation, or an incorrect amount — are refunded in full, without a time limit, upon verification against billing records.
Partial periods. Outside the cases above, Aura does not prorate or refund the unused remainder of a billing period. Cancellation with service through period end is the standard remedy.
Unauthorized use. Claims that a charge was unauthorized are handled promptly and referred to Segpay's dispute process where applicable. Aura recommends contacting Aura or Segpay before initiating a card dispute, as direct resolution is faster.
Refund requests go to support@auraconnect.io or to Segpay through the consumer-support channels above. Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Content and Conduct Removals
If Aura terminates an account for a violation of the Terms of Service, no refund is owed for the remainder of the billing period. If Aura terminates an account without cause, the unused remainder of the current period is refunded pro rata.
5. Google Play Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play may also be cancelled and refunded through Google Play's own mechanisms, which operate independently of this policy. Where Google issues a refund, Aura honors the corresponding entitlement change.
