Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

All visual depictions displayed on this website or through Aura services are exempt from, or fully comply with, the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and the associated record-keeping obligations.

Aura Digital, LLC operates a platform on which content is uploaded and published by its users. With respect to such user-generated content, Aura Digital, LLC acts as a provider of interactive computer services under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c) and is not the producer — as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) — of any of the content appearing on the platform.

Every user is required to be at least 18 years of age to access the platform, create an account, or upload content. Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old and that all individuals depicted in any content they upload were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created. Content depicting minors in any context is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported as required by law.

Original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, where applicable, for content for which any Aura entity is deemed a producer, are maintained by the Custodian of Records identified below.
