Delete Your Account

From the app

Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm.

• Solo accounts — deletion is scheduled immediately, with a 14-day grace period. Sign back in any time within those 14 days to cancel. After the grace period, your account, profiles, photos, and conversations are permanently erased.
• Shared (household) accounts — deleting a shared account needs every member's consent. Your request is submitted to our team from the same Settings screen; we confirm with your partner and complete the deletion within 2 business days of confirmation, followed by the same 14-day grace period and full erasure.

If you can't access the app, email privacy@auraconnect.io from the address on your account and we'll process the request the same way.

What is kept

Erasure is complete except for records we are required by law to retain — for example, consent and age-verification records, which are kept in a form that is no longer linked to a usable account.
